Explore the Wonders of Tintoreras Islet

Embark on an unforgettable adventure as we depart from Puerto Villamil Pier, navigating south for a brief 20-minute journey to the enchanting group of islets known as Las Tintoreras. This biodiversity-rich site is teeming with wildlife, offering you the chance to witness the famous white-tipped reef sharks, playful sea lions, graceful turtles, and vibrant marine iguanas, among many other fascinating species.

To ensure ample time to familiarize yourself with the snorkeling equipment, we will make a short stop before the tour begins at the office (the exact time will be confirmed upon booking).

Before snorkeling, we’ll embark on a short walking tour at the foot of the Islet, providing close encounters with nesting marine iguanas and a deeper appreciation for this unique ecosystem. Our day concludes as we return to Puerto Villamil, leaving you with memories of an extraordinary experience amidst the natural wonders of the Galapagos.

Once we reach the snorkeling site, you’ll dive into crystal-clear waters brimming with marine life, including sea lions, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies, zayapas, sea turtles, starfish, tropical fish, rays, sharks, pelicans, and the delightful Galapagos penguins.
